BEETLE PREVIEW
Karen just picked up our first batch of beetle necklaces from the foundry. Here is a little sneak peek! If you would like to order one, just e-mail me. (judy@judyaldridge.com) I will give you shipping, sizing and pricing info, and supply pics of the various chains available for your beetle. These are all solid bronze, and quite heavy.
This is the biggest beetle, he measures 3 inches long.
These are both medium size beetles.
This is the tiniest beetle, and he is not heavy.
I'm partial to this one, he has so much personality! He is quite large.

So cool!!
We also tried your stacked tortilla recipe last night, only we made it all in one pan, kind of a like a Mexican lasagna. We added black beans, and it was delicious!! Picture here: http://inlinethumb40.webshots.com/22183/2802040400101365693S600x600Q85.jpg
Thanks for the recipe!!

While I’m terrified of beetles, from the view I can see between my fingers, they look well crafted.
i love them all! looking forward to seeing the dinosaur belt buckles, too…and are there some octopus tentacles in the works? (a necklace, was it? maybe i dreamed that.)
I love the uniqueness of these little guys!

Have you ever thought of doing lobsters? They’re not really dissimilar but would work for those of us who love the sea . . .
Hi, The beetles appear to have a green patina…is that just reflected light? If done purposely what caused such a beautiful reaction? I’d love your input, thanks!
They do have a bit of an iridescent finish. thanks!
