In The Garden
Lounging around the hotel garden yesterday and snapping some pics of the crazy Koi fish.
They are like a pack of trained dogs–the minute they see you approaching, they are begging for food. (Jane and I don't feed them, as I'm sure they are on special diet)
They are so funny! I wish I had a soundtrack of all the noises they make….
Really hot yesterday, but pouring down rain again today…
Wearing CDG Homme plus trousers, Golden Goose cowboy boots, and vintage flannel….
More pics of the Koi…
The garden at our hotel is so serene….

Beautiful. What a wonderful hotel!
My friend has a koi pond here in So cali, and the herons feast on them!! She had to string fishing line in a grid above the water so the birds couldn’t fly down and snatch them out any longer. Poor little fish.

I love these Japan posts
I liked that you kept to your American style, you’re probably on some Japanese style site!
i love koi fish.
Hi Judy, your hair looks better, more saturation it seems. You looked simple today & it does not matter because sometimes we need some time off from dressing extravagantly. Perfect simplicity, very Texan
Very agree with Christine that you are who you are “remaining American style” though you’re probably on some Japanese style site
Good day to you!

You are so darn lovely, lady. I truly have NO IDEA how old you are, you seem eternally youthful. I love it.
This is a random question, but I’m sure you’ve heard about Michael Jackson passing away yesterday. I know the japanese were huge fans of his….has there been a lot of press over there about the event? Just curious!
Can’t wait to see more of your adventures with cutie Jane.
(I hope this doesn’t seem like a shameless blog plug, but I posted today about this amazing Piet Mondrian inspired cake that is available here in San Francisco at the MOMA, and it totally reminded me of you and Jane…)
That garden is so serene, love your outfit!
Lovely photos!
