Great Cut
When I lived in Tokyo in the early 80's one of things I loved most was getting a hair cut. The japanese stylists are so skilled. I made an appointment first thing when Jane and I arrived. I chose a place completely new to me called Upsy Daisy. The decor is very cute–a little eclectic even for Tokyo. I loved it at first site!
Koi fish living out front…
Lots of color going on….
You can have these woven into your hair….
Finished! If you happen to be in Tokyo, definitely make an appointment to get a hair cut–they're the best!

you are such an interesting woman .. and honestly i hope that my life is something like yours .. youre a great mother i think and still remain an interesting person . .this might sound weird .. but i say it because i’ve never wanted to have children for the simple fact that i thought that would really mean the end of my life or of me and my individuality ..

I agree with you about Japanese hair stylists. Whenever I get my hair done by a Japanese stylist, I notice they are very meticulous. Its definitely a cultural thing. I can’t wait to see more of your pictures in Japan!
Wow I recently found your blog and you’re really interesting! I must say, you have great skin! Do you have any beauty secrets to share?

Japanese salons look like loads of fun. I’ve been considering getting a haircut, but have been putting it off. But I think I may just get one now after reading this post!
Hi Judy!
This is so exciting to read your daily posts from Tokyo!!!!
Enjoy your trip!!!
Beautiful Blessings to you…

Love the new haircut!!! Glad you’re having a great vacation.
how much more can you exotify another culture? i would be offended if i were “the japanese”.
Hi Judy, you have a wonderful smile, a very motherly one. i love the outcome of your hair, though i’m not quite accepting on how the Japanese dresses up (except for the girl in torn tshirt 3rd pic
that’s super cool) The rest is just too common to find it here in my country. Sorry to say this as i am just telling from my point of view. Take care.
Cool salon and I love your hair!
Hi,
Do you have a phone number/ address for the salon? I am in Tokyo now and would like to go.
Thanks!!
