Happy Easter!
Here in Texas we don't always do traditional Easter fair for Easter dinner. We had no family visiting this Easter, so we decided to go for Tex-Mex.
Spinach and mushroom enchiladas, turkey tacos, vegetarian refried beans, and corn relish. For dessert Carol made us another fabulous cake….
Here is Carol putting on the frosting….
Close up of bunny cake in progress with a beard…..
The finished bunny cake. Carol did a great job!
Jane picked up these Martin Margiela boots over the weekend. I love them! I hope everyone had a great Easter!!
