Happy Easter!

Here in Texas we don't always do traditional Easter fair for Easter dinner.  We had no family visiting this Easter, so we decided to go for Tex-Mex.

Tex mex
Spinach and mushroom enchiladas, turkey tacos, vegetarian refried beans, and corn relish.  For dessert Carol made us another fabulous cake….Carol laughing
Here is Carol putting on the frosting….

The finished bunny cake.  Carol did a great job!
Boots
Jane picked up these Martin Margiela boots over the weekend.  I love them!  I hope everyone had a great Easter!!

Your Carol did a excellent job!! I love the Bunny cake, big smile…. we did a more traditional fare but decided to experiment and make something we have seen at one of our favorite restaurants’ Joan’s on Thrid’ here in LA — chocolate dipped matzo, all I can say is yum….
