GREEN ACRES
I purchased this 70′s, zebra, leopard print dress some time ago from Archive Vintage in Dallas. I have not yet found an occasion to wear it, but I love it anyway. It reminds me of being young, and watching Eva Gabor in Green Acres. I think it’s the marabou sleeves. I seem to gravitate towards these types of over the top girly dresses. The other day, a vintage site sent me some photos of some of their new arrivals from the 90′s. I have to admit, I looked at the shapeless, sack like silhouettes of the 90′s dresses being offered for sale, and said “no!!” I cannot go there yet!! Till that day, I’ll remain happily in the 60′s, 70′s and 80′s.
The dogs decided to ham it up while we were working…oh joy, shooting with dogs is soooooo much easier. (she says sarcastically)

Love this dress! The print is so over-the-top in the best way.
And I definitely agree with you – I gravitate toward the feminine shapes of the 50s and the glamorous styles of the 70s. You look stunning!

Cutie Shelley kind of blends in with the fur cover on your couch, she’s just a few shades lighter. LOL.
