More Christopher Ross

I'm sure some of you were in front of your computers last Sunday when the big collection of Christopher Ross went off on E-bay.  (I know some of you collect too)  It was a great chance to own some of his more hard to get pieces.  I managed to get two, the Rabbit:

I got this at a fair price.  I was ready to get pretty aggressive however, one slipped away from me a couple of summers ago. I also purchased another lion.  This was brand new stock, and this lion is much more shiny than my other.

He's really too shiny to allow the detail to show.  This is one of Christopher's most spectacular pieces, and as a collector, I would buy the lion anytime it's at a fair price.  These buckles also had their original belts which is nice.   Sometimes they come without the belt.  I also purchased the frog the week before–it's been a very busy time for Christopher Ross pieces on E-bay.

I photographed my Gazelle again too–I don't think I've really shown this one…
It's really beautiful.  Owning Christopher Ross belts is like a little piece of sculpture around your waist–they are very addictive!!!  The following belts are for sale on E-bay right now.  These are the sellers pics–if interested, just type in Christopher Ross….

I really like this elephant.  I purchased so many last week, I'll probably sit this auction out.  I think this is a really good one though….judy

I adore these…the frog in particular. I bought a chunk of carved jade on Ebay the other day for 99 cents. It’s real, which is amazing. Carved with a dragon. It’s supposed to be a belt buckle, but I’m going to have it made into a necklace.

I want to know where the jeweled antique looking belt that sheryl Crow
wore is from. It may have been from a video or magazine. I think it is
from New York city. It looks bronze and has semi precious stones
inlaid, pearls, e.t.c. It is all metel and hooks in the back.
