HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIM AND ROXY

Kim and her sister Roxy were the birthday girls recently.  Roxy lives next door to us, so we decided to throw them both an impromptu birthday party.  (Roxy is owned by two adorable children, so the party was really for them, but Kim and Roxy were good sports)  Carol baked and decorated the cupcakes above, and left others blank for all to decorate.

It’s our umpteenth day of over 100 degrees heat here in North Texas, and I’m officially boycotting the outdoors until it cools down.

    Love the puppy party post. Yes. those kids are gorgeous and what a fun way to escape the heat. Carol’s cupcakes look very inviting too. You can just feel the love! I hope it cools down for you guys, but then again, I live in Arizona,,,argh!

    Over 100°F ? Here (germany) it’s 50°F everday, accompanied by rain, rain, rain. It’s so weird, it’s the summer and so cold. It’s not usual :s
